Q: Delivery Times
A: For any of the items supplied directly by The Parka Shop there is usually a considerable delivery time as most items are made ot order and in many cases made to your specific size requirements. A good estimate of delivery time is shown with each item, but if you need a more accurate schedule just e-mail us before you order and we will contact the manufacturer directly to get a delivery time.
Our affiliates such as Altrec normally ship directly to you from stock, so delivery time dependant on your location might only be a matter of days.

| Shipping & Returns |
Q: Shipping Policy
A: The Parka Shop ships to addresses worldwide. Items ordered directly from The Parka Shop are usually shipped from the manufacturer to ourselves and then onto the customer. As soon as we have received the item from the manufacturer, we will let you know that it will be on its way to you within 24 hours. For goods from our affiliates, some items may not ship to your country, so some product pages will say "Only ships within the United States."
Q: Shipping Costs
A: All items supplied directly from The Parka Shop are shipped free. For goods from our affiliates, Shipping costs can be calculated in your shopping cart. Add the items you'd like to your Cart and click on the link for "International" or "Canada", then the shipping cost will appear on the right. For U.S. shipping, enter in your zip code and then click on the "Calculate" button.
Q: Express Delivery
A: Items ordered directly from The Parka Shop can be shipped to for an additional charge by courier post or UPS. Please ask at time of order.
Q: Return and Exchange Policy
A: All items ordered directly from The Parka Shop except overfilled and custom sized carry a 7 day return to store warranty.
This means that any problem arising with your purchase must be reported within this time, and returned to us at your own expense.
We will not refund any postage costs, and will only refund items that are returned to us in the exact condition they were sent with original packaging and a note explaining the problem along with your name and contact details.
You will be offered a refund, but the item value only will be refunded, not the original postage. We will not offer any warranty on items damaged by the buyer.
A refund on overfilled and custom sized items will only be offered if the garment construction is defective. We are not responsible if you order the incorrect size.
Our affiliiates will each have their own individual returns policies, please check their website for details.

Q: Privacy Policy
A: We respect our customers privacy, so to ensure that your personal information is handled safely and responsibly, we only keep details of a non-financial matter. Our shopping cart is operated by Paypal which is a company trusted worldwide. We do not use cookies or any other means to gather information from you. Because our affiialites operate their shopping carts, their policies may differ from ours.
Q: Pricing Policy
A: Our commitment to our customers is to offer service and product availability online at competitive prices. We may also offer some items at promotional prices. Our manufactures give us a retail price index, so these are guidlines which we are obliged to follow closely. However in some cases we will be able to offer a discount from the price shown, (ie. More than one item ordered at the same time).
"Clearance" offers are available only while supplies last.
While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.
