| Your Order confirmation | Having checked your order, we will
check delivery and will bill you for the total amount due. Orders for Made-to-Measure garments cannot be cancelled once manufacture has started. |
| Tax and Duty charge | Please note International Customers must pay applicable customs and duty charges. The Parka Pages cannot be responsible for any fees, charges, delays or problems caused by shippers or customs once the shipment leaves the manufacturer. Customs procedures and charges vary from country to country. Please check with local officials to get an idea of costs before placing your order. |

| Delivered time of goods | Stock items normally ship from manufacturer within 1 week on receipt of payment. Custom made garments such as down suits and our range of overfilled products have a 5 to 6 week delivery time. We will tell you by e-mail, when goods are out of stock, and you will be told about time for delivery. |
| Return and Exchange policy | We guarantee your satisfaction with merchandise. You may return any item within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). Contact us to request return instructions and a RMA (Return Authorization) number. A RMA must accompany all returns or else they will be refused. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days after issue. Made-to-Measure garments cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Includes made-to-measure down suits and all overfilled items. All items must be returned to us in original condition. |
| Breakage and a defect | If your items was damaged during shipping or is in any way defective, you
may exchange that item within 10 days of delivery at no additional
cost. Upon receipt of the damaged or defective product, we will
ship a new item back to you as soon as it is available from the manufacturer. All accessories and packaging must be included.
