EXEL DRY® LIGHT
LIGHT
is outer fabric engineered with a special combination of down and
synthetic fillings.
LIGHT protects against wetting of insulation materials caused by light
rain, water condensation or intense frost. At the same time fabric
expedites body moisture vapour out of the product.
LIGHT is super lightweight fabric 44 g/m2˛ especially evolved for this
purpose. A sleeping bag made of Exel Dry® LIGHT can be 60-100 g
lighter. LIGHT with RS structure is highly abrasion-resistant and
increased protection against tearing.
LIGHT keeps its delicacy and flexibility also in temperatures around
40oC below zero.
LIGHT is maximally windproof, so the body holds its warmth. The outfit
made of Exel Dry® LIGHT displays warmth 5oC higher than usual materials
(Softex®, Pertex®).
LIGHT has pressure resistance 2 000 mm H2O, breathability MVTR 18 500
g/m2/24 hours and DWR finishing. EXEL DRY® DUPLEX
DUPLEX
is two-layer fabric with the main stress on high resistance and
abrasion resistance of the basic material Duplex.
DUPLEX includes highly efficient Exel Dry® membrane laminated to outer
ripstop material Nylon 6.6 with 40 D construction. The result is 64
g/m2 fabric with pressure resistance 5 000 mm/ H2O and breathability
MVTR15 000 g/m2/24 hours and DWR finishing. EXEL DRY® TRIPLEX
TRIPLEX
is three-layer fabric ensuring maximum comfort. It weight only 120
g/m2, has pressure resistance 25 000 mm H2O, breathability MVTR 6 500
g/m2/24 hours and DWR finishing.
TRIPLEX was specially engineered for equipment intended to be used in
extremely wet and windy conditions and belongs to the top in 3-Ply
fabric. Exel DRY® GX
GX
ia a wholly new 2.5-layer fabric designed for 21.century. With its
weight 64 g/m2 ensures perfect protection in extremely wet and windy
conditions. GX is highly breathable (MVTR15 000 g/m2/24 hours) and
waterproof (15 000 mm H2O).
GX has RS structure that ensures high protection against tearing and
abrasion.
GX membrane is specially treated to ensure long-lasting resistance
against abrasion caused by wearing. SOFTEX® Diamond RS

Diamond RS fine denier taffeta Nylon with new RS structure, weight 58
g/m2, 100% resistance against down penetration, water resistant
modification DWR. SOFTEX® MICRO
Softex®
MICRO is the lightest fabric that complies with the demanding
requirements of down production [resistance, against down penetration,
breathability, etc.]. Utmost quality 800 cuin down [according LORCH]
mixed with new Softex® MICRO (28 g/m2) creates a wholly new point of

THINSULATE®
Synthetic

blend of polyester and polyolefin fine denier. Retains insulating
ability in damp conditions. We use THL 2 ThinsulateTM with thermal
